This Privacy Policy explains how Kinzo AI (“Kinzo,” “we,” or “us”) collects and uses information when you use kinzoai.com and our AI writing tools, including the Humanizer, Paraphraser, AI Detector, and Citation Generator.
This is a short, plain-language policy for users and Google OAuth brand verification. It is not legal advice.
Information we collect
Account data. If you sign in, we receive account information through Google OAuth and/or Supabase Auth. That typically includes your name, email address, and profile photo when Google provides them. If you create an account with email and password, we store the email you provide and an authentication record in Supabase Auth.
Usage metering. We count words and related usage so we can enforce plan quotas (for example, monthly word limits). We may store usage totals, reservation and commit records, and timestamps tied to your account.
Content you submit. When you use the tools, we process the text you submit so we can return a result and meter usage. Do not submit passwords, secrets, or information you are not allowed to share.
Technical data. We may collect standard device and log information, such as browser type, IP address, and error logs, to keep the service secure and working.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Authenticate you, including Google sign-in
- Provide, improve, and secure the Kinzo AI tools
- Enforce plans and word quotas
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell personal data
Kinzo AI does not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their advertising.
We use service providers that help us operate the product, including Supabase (authentication and related backend services), Google (if you choose Sign in with Google), and hosting or infrastructure providers. They process data only as needed to provide those services.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember session state after Google OAuth or email sign-in.
Retention
We keep account and usage records while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, enforce quotas, and meet legal obligations. Contact us if you want to ask about deleting your account.
