Getting started

Do I need an account to look around?

No. You can open every tool, load a sample draft and read the pricing page without signing in. Kinzo asks you to sign in only when you run a tool, because words are counted against your plan.

How do I sign in?

Click the account icon in the top-right corner and choose Google or email and password. Email sign-ups get a confirmation link; Google sign-in finishes in one step.

Which tool should I use?

Use the AI Humanizer when a machine-generated draft needs to sound like you. Use the Paraphraser to restate any passage in new words. Use the AI Detector to score a text sentence by sentence. Use the Citation Generator to add verified MLA, APA or Chicago references to an essay.

Words and plans

How are words counted?

Only the words in the text you submit are counted; the result is free. All four tools share one monthly pool — 150 words on Free, 30,000 on Student and 100,000 on Pro — and the remaining balance is shown next to the action button before you click.

What happens if a request fails?

Nothing is charged. Words are only deducted when a result comes back.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Open Settings and use Manage billing, which takes you to the Stripe customer portal. You can update payment details, switch plans or cancel at the end of the current period.

Reading your results

What do the green words mean?

In the Humanizer and Paraphraser, green marks every word that was changed from your original. Use the Show changes toggle to switch between the highlighted view and clean text, and the changed-word count to judge how heavy the rewrite was.

What do the AI Detector highlights mean?

Highlighted sentences are the ones most responsible for the AI score. The score is a probability, not a verdict — treat it as a signal to review, especially on short passages.

What do the citation labels mean?

Verified means we confirmed the source exists. Unverified means we could not check it, so confirm it yourself before using it.

Privacy and your data

Is my text used to train models?

Kinzo processes the text you submit to return a result and count words, and does not sell personal data or share it for advertising. Read the Privacy Policy for the full list of what is collected and for how long.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings, scroll to Danger zone and choose delete account. This cancels any paid subscription and removes your account permanently.
